Whistles: The Starlight Calliope is a graphic novel about a clown.
His name is Whistles. He is the best clown, and everybody loves him.
He loves his master, and everything is great at the Starlight Calliope Circus.
But then he breaks his leg and has to be put down. Unfortunately, his master does not
administer the lethal injection properly. Whistles must find his master and correct this
horrible mistake!
But it is too late. Whistles is cast out into the world alone, where he must make a living
as a prostitute. He excels, but longs for the old act. Will he rejoin the circus,
and allow his master to complete his unfinished business with him?
